Services and Pricing
At Happy Valley, we believe pediatric therapy should feel clear, supportive, and free from unnecessary stress. We offer upfront pricing so families can make informed decisions with confidence and without pressure.
Because we are a private pay practice, we are not limited by insurance requirements or rushed visit times. This allows us to spend meaningful time with your family, focus on early support and prevention, and provide care that fits naturally into your everyday life.
Our services are play based, relationship centered, and designed to support children within the context of their everyday lives.
What We Offer
Flexible payment options
We offer payment plan options for families who prefer to spread payments over time, making care more manageable while maintaining consistency and continuity.
In home services
All services are provided in your home, eliminating travel, waiting rooms, and added stress. Care happens in the environment where your child is most comfortable and where real life skills naturally develop.
Individualized, family centered care
Every family is different. We tailor services to your child’s needs, your goals, and your family’s routines rather than using one size fits all programs.

Therapy Visits
Therapy services at Happy Valley are billed by session length. All therapy follows the same pricing structure regardless of clinical focus. Services are available to any child- birth to 18 years old. A diagnosis is not required for therapy.
A licensed practitioner will recommend the appropriate session length and frequency based on your child’s needs. Recommendations may change over time as progress is made, and services are reevaluated as needed to ensure therapy remains appropriate and supportive.
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance, with families typically booked up to six weeks at a time to support consistency.
30 minute session: $85
45 minute session: $120
60 minute session: $155
Recommended session length is determined collaboratively based on your child’s needs, attention, and family preferences.
Full Evaluation
An initial developmental evaluation provides a clear look at your child’s current development and helps determine whether therapy is recommended, monitoring is appropriate, or reassurance is sufficient.
Evaluations are completed by licensed professionals and are designed to feel supportive and child centered.
What the Evaluation Includes
Developmental observation
Your child is observed during play and everyday interactions to understand communication, engagement, movement, and regulation in a natural way.Use of appropriate assessment tools
When appropriate, assessment tools are used to gather additional information about your child’s skills. Tools are selected based on age and areas of concern and are never meant to pressure or test your child.Parent input and collaboration
Families are invited to share concerns, questions, and priorities so recommendations reflect real life routines and goals.Discussion of findings and recommendations
Results are reviewed in clear, parent friendly language, including whether therapy is recommended, monitoring is appropriate, or support at home is sufficient.Written summary
Families receive a written summary outlining observations, key findings, and recommendations.
Previous Evaluations
If your child has had a developmental or therapy evaluation completed by another provider, our team is happy to review it. A licensed professional will determine whether additional evaluation is needed before starting services.
Evaluation Cost: $295

No referrals required
Families do not need a referral or diagnosis to begin services. This allows us to support early concerns, provide reassurance when appropriate, and take a proactive approach to development.
Time to focus on what matters
By working outside the insurance model, we are able to offer unhurried visits that allow space for questions, collaboration, and meaningful progress.
Developmental Screener
A developmental screener offers a brief, focused look at your child’s development when you have a specific concern or simply want reassurance. This visit is designed to help determine whether your child’s development appears on track, whether monitoring is recommended, or whether a full evaluation may be helpful.
Screeners are ideal for families who are unsure if a full evaluation is necessary and want a professional perspective without committing to a longer assessment.
Screeners are completed by licensed professionals and are designed to feel supportive, low pressure, and child centered.
What the Screener Includes
A 20 minute in home visit focused on your primary concerns
Observation of play, movement, communication, and regulation
Parent discussion and guidance based on what is observed
A brief written summary with recommendations for next steps
If a full evaluation is recommended after the screener, $100 of the screener fee will be applied toward the full evaluation.
Screener Cost: $175
